Recently retired Technical Sergeant Joshua Davidson was a Production Supervisor, 367th Training Support Squadron. After successfully serving in a variety of duties in the aircraft maintenance career field for 15 years, he was tasked with leading an innovation team to pioneer new augmented and virtual reality capabilities for use in maintenance training. His unit provided interactive multimedia instruction course development for aircraft and munitions maintenance across the Air Force and Department of Defense. Sergeant Davidson’s unit was the largest interactive multimedia instruction unit in the Air Force.
