BILT CEO Nate Henderson Named to Inaugural Dallas-Fort Worth Titan 100

Later, before customers had embraced the platform, he personally purchased Weber grills and persuaded a local Home Depot to host one of BILT’s first live demonstrations. The pilot proved the concept, generated immediate interest from Weber, and helped launch what has become one of North Texas’ fastest-growing technology companies. 

Over the past three years, Henderson has led BILT’s strategic evolution beyond consumer product instructions into enterprise workforce development and immersive learning. The company has expanded into defense, manufacturing, field service, skilled trades, and technical education while investing heavily in artificial intelligence, spatial computing, and next-generation workforce technologies. Recent milestones include BILT’s largest contract to date with the U.S. Air Force, strategic collaborations with Apple for Apple Vision Pro, and partnerships with technical colleges preparing the next generation of skilled workers for careers in advanced manufacturing, energy, robotics, and data centers.
