About the Sales & Marketing Intern Job
BILT is currently accepting applications for a part-time sales & marketing intern for the Fall through Spring semester of 2022 (maximum 15 hours per week), with the possibility of extension into the Summer and post-graduation opportunities. Please only apply to this position if you are a student enrolled in a University/College located in the DFW area of Texas.

This internship is an opportunity for self-motivated students to learn more about the sales & marketing processes for a quickly scaling startup in the SaaS industry. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, organized, and have excellent technical writing abilities. This internship will help you acquire sales & marketing skills, develop your professional aptitude, and provide you with real-world experience.

Position Responsibilities

  • Build internal database using a combination of independent research, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce
  • Perform market research and analyze data to identify the latest trends
  • Organize and upload digital marketing materials, including posting videos to YouTube
  • Assist in the creation & distribution of sales & marketing materials
  • Design and present graphics for social media posts and other marketing efforts
  • Provide support for daily administrative duties

Position Qualifications

  • Undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Sales, or similar field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
  • Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques
  • Ability to quickly learn and process information
  • Outstanding organization and time management skills

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, tablets, phones, photocopiers, email and various communication programs (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
