About the Demand Marketing Manager Job

BILT Incorporated is looking for the next Demand Marketing Manager based in Dallas who is skilled at a variety of marketing functions but will focus on building and activating on targeted demand generation campaigns. Additionally, this metrics-minded individual will collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Support to deliver a qualified and repeatable opportunity pipeline to fill the sales funnel. This role will report to the Vice President of Demand Marketing.

Position Responsibilities

  • Collaborate to build high-quality, measurable campaigns focused on generating high return on marketing investment
  • Measure tactics and campaigns for impact and ROI to shape future focus and spend through digital, email, web, direct mail, PPC, paid media, events, and ABM
  • Influence pipeline contribution through Business Development resources
  • Drive a portfolio of campaigns to effectively capitalize on competitive and market intelligence
  • Support value selling methodologies through aligning campaign priorities with business needs and market trends
  • Proactively collaborate with Sales leadership for GTM alignment on both priorities and results

Position Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in campaign architecture and demand generation results, preferably for B2B SaaS company
  • Desire to innovate through experimentation and previous success utilizing A/B/N testing
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing and Target Account Selling
  • Successful experience partnering with Sales and other customer-facing groups to design and execute integrated programs
  • Solid history of leveraging analytics to iterate decisions
  • Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot or Marketo, Google Analytics
  • Effectively managing paid campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4-year university or college
